  • Vice President, Myanmar Computer Professionals Association (MCPA)The Myanmar Computer Professionals Association (MCPA) is the largest organization of IT professionals in Myanmar. Dr. Win has been actively involved in the association, holding various positions such as Education Committee Chair and Auditor. Since 2021, he has served as the Vice President, contributing to the leadership and strategic direction of the organization. In this capacity, Dr. Win plays a pivotal role in shaping MCPA’s initiatives to advance the IT profession and foster technological development in Myanmar.
  • President, Rotary Club of Yangon (2022-2023)
The Rotary Club of Yangon (RCY) is Myanmar’s oldest and most esteemed service organization, originally established in 1929. As the first Rotary club in Myanmar, RCY holds a prestigious legacy, with its members being prominent leaders in their respective fields. Although closed in 1974 due to governmental changes, RCY was reestablished in 2014 under Rotary District 3350. As President of RCY for the Rotary Year 2022-2023, Dr. Win provided visionary leadership, guiding the club’s activities, projects, and community engagements.
